Dziedzictwo w turystyce kulturowej – wprowadzenie do kolekcji tematycznej czasopisma naukowego „Turystyka Kulturowa”

Abstrakt


Problematyka dziedzictwa należy współcześnie do głównych zagadnień zarówno ruchu turystycznego, jak i zainteresowań w obszarze nauki o zarządzaniu i jakości. Obie te sfery w interesującej postaci funkcjonują również w szerszych ramach turystyki kulturowej jako turystyka dziedzictwa (heritage tourism). Zarządzanie dziedzictwem ukierunkowane jest tu na ochronę materialnych i niematerialnych elementów przeszłości istotnych z określonych względów dla konkretnej grupy, w co wkomponowane są kluczowe działania na rzecz ich popularyzacji.

Z uwagi na fakt zasadniczo fragmentarycznego wykorzystywania dziedzictwa, duże znaczenie na różnych poziomach, m.in. wyboru i prezentacji ma proces jego interpretacji [Murzyn 2002, s. 74; Christou 2005, s. 8-9; Mikos v. Rohrscheidt 2020, s. 70-71]. Stali mieszkańcy, właściciele, zarządcy i użytkownicy konkretnych zasobów, podmioty i osoby organizujące oraz dystrybuujące te zasoby komercyjnie, wreszcie turyści uczestniczą w tym procesie tworząc lub odbierając określone narracje i przekazy, kreując lub konsumując określone usługi, w których główny komponent stanowi określony element dziedzictwa [Mikos v. Rohrscheidt 2020, s. 97-99]. Interpretacja dziedzictwa dokonywana w ramach turystyki kulturowej oznacza zespół działań pozostających w bezpośredniej zależności. Należy wyodrębnić w nich: aktywne zarządzanie dziedzictwem, jego zaplanowaną i celową prezentację i narrację oraz aktywność turystyczną obejmującą jego doświadczenie i sprzyjającą mu. Ujawniają one rozliczne wymiary i perspektywy, możliwe odmienne ujęcia teoretyczne i założenia, zbieżne i rozbieżne interesy a także relacje jej interesariuszy.

Rozmaite typy, poziomy i sposoby realizacji programów interpretacyjnych stanowią z jednej strony obszar eksploracji, z drugiej zaś jawią się jako praktyczne propozycje w obszarze zarządzania turystyką. Dziedzictwo dla turystów, zwłaszcza tych kulturowych, stanowi podstawę konstruowania produktów, w trym wycieczek i lokalnych pakietów zorientowanych na sferę doświadczeń [szerzej zob. Mikos v. Rohrscheidt 2021, s. 189-246].
